What size shirt should I order?

Please visit our sizing chart page to find the general measurements for our shirts. Please note that shirt sizes may vary slightly from shirt manufacturer to manufacturer. If in doubt between two sizes, it’s usually best to order the larger size.

 

How do I know if an item is in stock?

We don’t hold any products in inventory ready to ship. All of our products are printed on demand. When you order one, we have it printed up just for you! It takes about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Occasionally our printer will temporarily run out of a certain size-color, but this is generally corrected within a day or two. So in essence it you can add it to your shopping cart, it is in stock and will be shipped as soon as it is printed.

 

Can I get a catalog?

Our website IS our catalog. Feel free to browse and select any item you like for purchase. We do not, however offer a print catalog, or accept or process mailed in orders. We are strictly an ecommerce store.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed we are unable to make changes to or cancel your order.

 

Do you have a price match guarantee?

Yes!
In order to qualify for the price match the following criteria must be met.

  • The product must be an exact match to the one carried on our site, as well as be in stock and available for purchase at the website to be matched.
  • Shipping and handling charges and sales tax (if applicable) will be included in determining the price difference.
  • Promotional codes or other discounts from the website to be matched will not be included in determining the price difference.
  • The product must be new and in its original packaging.
  • The website to be matched cannot be an auction site or a marketplace.
  • The item cannot be on a website base outside of the U.S.
  • Does not apply to items on sale, closeout or clearance.

Cannot be used in combination with another coupon or promotion.

 

Do you sell shirts wholesale?

We do not currently sell our shirts wholesale.

 

Where do I enter my coupon code?

Just enter your coupon code at checkout. There’s a field to enter the code, and then click the button to apply your discount. You’ll see the total reduction from the coupon in your checkout cart totals column. There is also a notice at the top of the checkout page saying the coupon code was successfully applied. That’s how you know the coupon is working. If you have the wrong coupon code or an expired code, a notice will appear at the top of the page saying that coupon code does not exist.

Only one coupon may be used per purchase. If you click on one discount link, then click a different one before checking out, the last clicked discount will be the one applied to your order.

Note that we aren’t always affiliated with external websites that claim to have coupon codes for our website. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out to us.

If I place my order today, when will I receive it?

Our products are printed on demand at the time an order is placed. It takes about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Total delivery time depends on product type and destination. 97% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. Typical delivery time after shipping in the USA is 3 to 5 business days for USPS. So the total time from placing your order to receiving your product will range from 5 to 12 business days, depending on what you ordered and where you live.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to over 200 countries. To see our list of countries you can add your item(s) to the shopping cart and then select your country under shipping information. Delivery time after ship date is normally 5-10 business days. BestTruckShirts.com is not responsible for packages delayed by customs.

Duties & Taxes
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

You are responsible for any taxes and duties, additional customs fees, clearance fees, and any handling fees assessed by the delivering carrier and imposed on your package.

If for some reason your package is released to you without payment for the custom/duty charges and your custom charges are billed back to us, we will charge your credit card for the amount due.

By accepting your package(s), you are giving us the right to charge your credit card for any taxes and duties imposed by your government.

 

Do you ship to military addresses?

Yes. All orders will be shipped through the US Post Office. Delivery times will vary based on the final military destination.

 

What happens when my address has to be changed?

Packages that are shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer during the order process are subject to an additional $14 charge if the address must be changed by the carrier in order for the package to be deliverable.

Orders ‘Returned to Sender’ by the carrier are subject to a $12 charge. This includes but is not limited to: orders in which the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer is not available for delivery, the customer fails to provide a P.O. Box or physical address, or the order is refused by the customer.

 

How much is shipping?

Our shipping prices start as low as $5.00 for the first shirt shipped, and as low as an additional $0.75 for additional items. To determine your exact shipping costs find the product(s) that you wish to purchase and add the product(s) to the cart. Select your State from the drop down menu and enter your Zip Code. For International orders select your Country, otherwise, United States will already be selected. Click Calculate Shipping.

Shipping cost is based on location as well as the product weight. Based on those two factors, the available shipping methods will display in the drop down menu. Since shipping cost is based partially on weight, the shipping cost will increase if you add more items to your cart.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, PayPal, and Amazon Payments. You may also use check cards or ATM cards, as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above.

 

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes, Schools and Non-Profit organizations in the United States may scan and email purchase orders to Best Truck Shirts.

To place an order with a purchase order, start by adding all products to the shopping cart. Enter the shipping state and ZIP code, and click CALCULATE SHIPPING.

How do I return my order?

We offer thousands of products, all of which can be returned for replacement, exchange, or refund within 30 days from your order date. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and DO NOT include shipping and handling charges.

  2. Provide a note explaining why you are returning your product, and whether you want a replacement, a refund, or an exchange for different color or size. Include your original order number in the note for tracking.
